We sincerely value your privacy and we want you to feel confident in using this website to make online reservations. In addition, we have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else. Your information will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you through our site. 

Best Rate Guarantee 

We promise that you’ll always find the lowest hotel rates for the Abidah on our official website. Feel confident when you book directly with us, knowing that you’re guaranteed the best-available hotel rates for your stay. If you do find a lower published rate prior to – or within 24 hours of – booking your hotel room or suite, simply give us a call. We’ll happily honour the confirmed lower hotel rate. (Note that our Best Rate Guarantee does not include packaged rates or reservations booked via opaque or auction sites.) 

Guarantee & Cancellation Policy 

To guarantee your reservation a valid credit card is required and the total cost of your stay must be paid in full upon booking. Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival will be refunded 100% of the total cost. Cancellations made within 14 days to arrival will result in a 50% penalty of the total cost of stay. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you. Cancellations of bookings must be communicated via email to avoid losing your refund.  Modifications to bookings are free of charge and must be communicated via email. In the event of a “no show” the total cost of your stay will be non-refundable.  The following credit cards are accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

Minimum Length Of Stay Policy – Festive Period 

For reservations that fall between the period December 16 - January 2 a minimum stay of 5 nights is required in order for the booking to be accepted and confirmed. Should the number of nights fall below the 5 nights after confirmation, the hotel has the right to cancel this booking. 

Barbados Room Rate Levy 

On July 1, 2018, the government of Barbados implemented a mandatory room rate levy to all hotel guests. The levy applied is in the amount of $9.72 USD / $19.25 BBD per night per room and is to be paid upon check in either in cash or by credit card.
